How to change root account for InCloud instance

Sometimes you need to change root account for your InCloud instance. For that, please send a request to with following details:

- InCloud instance name

- email address of current root account

- email address which should be set as root account

For security reasons, we'll ask you to re-send a request from email address, on which target InCloud instance was registered. Thus, we appreciate it if you send original requests from this address.
