How to revert changes made with InCloud instances

Sometimes you need to revert changes made with your InCloud instances. This may be helpful, after Agile board has been removed mistakenly, for example.

In this case, you may contact us at youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com and request instance restoring from a backup. Please, share with us when the change was made. We'll let you know, which backup is the nearest one, can be used for restoring the instance.

Please, send your request from the email address on which the InCloud instance was registered.
